Who are we?

Prague worldschooling started in 2016 as an initiative to bring together the many worldschooling families that have their base in Prague or that pass by here on their worldschooling journey.
The aim is to create a platform for us homeschoolers of many kinds - regardless of which nationality we have - to be able to explore the world together locally from Prague - to create learning experiences - and make friends that shares our values in the process.
The Prague worldschooling initiative is founded on:
- Peaceful parenting and a respectful approach to children. - A belief that families and the childrens education should not be controlled nor funded by the state. - That conformity is not a necessity - that it in fact is damaging for humanity. - The belief that with freedom comes responsibility. We are raising our children in a responsible way to prepare them accordingly for the future. - The belief that we are free to create and do what we want as long as it doesnt hurt others. - The belief that everyone is capable, and that humans can do great things together with voluntary cooperation.
It is run by me, Caroline King. Our family left Sweden as homeschooling refugees in 2015. We finally set our base in Prague after 18 months of continuous travel around the world looking for a new place to live in and as a stable place for our addition of a new family member.

I tell our story about leaving Sweden and the life after that on www.denandraresan.com
